When they return, they will play two more levels, or until we are down to the final 36 players, whichever comes first. We will be posting a fresh batch of chip counts shortly, and will start listing off eliminations by pay jump starting with the 54th pace finisher.

What's on Tap: Thursday, August 10th

We pick back up with the action tomorrow with two more No-Limit Hold'em tournaments on top of the Day 3 finals of the $500,000 Guaranteed Event.

The action starts at 11:30 AM with a $300 Deepstack Event. Players will be starting with 20,000 in chips, and the prizepool will be at least $50,000. Registration will be available until 2:30 PM for that event.

At 4 PM, we have our always popular Facebook Event. All it takes to get in the action is $75, and all players will have an optional $50 add-on. All you have to do to be eligible is like the Bike's official Facebook page.

There was no need for hand for hand play in this Day 2 finals, as the bubble burst rather quickly. That leaves us with 153 players who have all earned at least $545. The Money Bubble Approaches in the Day 2 Finals

The tournament clock says that 173 players remain of the 484 that made it today either through the Day 1 flights, or in the Day 2 buy-in. That means that we are just 20 eliminations from bursting the money bubble. When that bubble bursts, everyone still alive will earn $545.

The Survivor Event Starts in an Hour

We wanted to make sure to remind you guys that the Day 2 finals of the $500,000 Guaranteed event isn't the only poker being played here today. We have another Survivor Event coming up for you guys at 4 PM. The buy-in is $365, and the top 10% of players will all be taking home $3,000 in cash.

Day 2 Registration Closed

The doors of registration are officially closed. The final payouts will be posted in a bit, but we can confirm that there was a total of 181 Day 2 buy-ins, meaning the prizepool is over $850,000.

As expected, the appeal of a 200,000 starting stack at just 1,500-3,000 blinds has drawn a massive crowd, as there are already 141 Day 2 entries in the field. That means the prizepool is already over $700,000, and with registration still available for nearly an hour, that number will only be increasing!

Cards in the Air: Day 2 Restart of the $500,000 Guaranteed Event

The 284 players who managed to wade their ways through their respective starting flights are back in the tournament room today for the Day 2 finals. They are joined by the already over 70 players who have brought in on Day 2 for $1,750, meaning the prize pool is already over $650,000 and growing.

Registration for the Day 2 buy-in will be available until 2:40 PM today, and we will be here until the end to provide you guys with all of the coverage!

Before the massive Day 2 finals of the $500,000 Guaranteed at 1 PM today, we are shifting over to the Mixed Games again with a $240 buy-in Pot-Limit Omaha 8-or-Better Event. Registration will be open until 2:30 PM today, and re-entry will also be allowed in that time span as well.
