Hand for hand play wasn't even needed in the Mega Millions Day 2 final, as a player was eliminated right after the floor staff informed the dealers to hold up after their current hands. This means that the 123 remaining players have all locked up over $1,000.

Of course, they all have their eyes set on the $268,000 first place prize. We will post a fresh round of chip counts for some of the notables in the money shortly.

What's Coming Up: Wednesday, August 28th

We have two more big guaranteed prizepool events tomorrow kicking off at 11:30 AM and 3 PM. First, we have a $550 buy-in $100,000 Guaranteed one day event. This tournament will have registration open until 3:30 PM, and the winner will take home the lion's share of the prizepool, as well as a $5,000 seat to the WPT Main Event this weekend.

At 3 PM, we switch things up again with a $20,000 Guaranteed Mixed Game event. The games to be played are Limit A-5, 2-7, and Badugi. The buy-in there is $570, and registration will be open until 5:50 PM.

At 8 PM, we are running a $230 satellite that will guarantee ten discounted $1,100 seats for the $100,000 Guaranteed Event that will be running on Thursday.

Of course, this is all on top of the Day 3 finals of the Mega Millions, where we will be playing down to the final table of nine. It will be an action packed day of poker, so make sure you don't miss out on it!
