Although our doors may have been closed, our thoughts have been with our employees, our community, and our guests.
Behind the scenes, we've been meticulously cleaning and sanitizing all areas of our property and creating enhanced health and safety plans to meet or exceed the guidelines provided by federal, state and local authorities including the California and Los Angeles County Departments of Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We continue to monitor the information and recommendations from these and other agencies in order to ensure the most current practices are in place for your safety.
The health and well-being of our patrons and our team members will continue to remain our highest priority, and as such, things will look a little different as we reopen. We want to make sure we are operating in a way that keeps you and our team members safe. We will take a phased approach to reopening, limiting some gaming and amenities to start, and reintroducing them over time when it is safe to do so once again.
Our WE CARE initiatives, designed to enhance cleanliness and sanitization will help provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests. Some of these measures include:
Temperature Checks – All employees and guests will be required to pass through a non-invasive, touchless thermal scan check-point prior to entry. Anyone with a temperature above 100.3°F (38°C) will undergo a brief secondary screening and will not be allowed entry until a safe temperature reading is registered.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)– All employees and guests entering the property will be required to wear a face covering. If guests do not have one, there will be a variety of masks and face-covering options available for purchase.
Physical Distancing – We have reimagined the guest experience to accomplish contactless solutions where possible while still delivering optimal service. Reminders have been placed in high traffic areas to assist with safe physical distancing. Protective barriers have been added to the customer service desk to aid in safety when interfacing with guests. All gaming tables have been spaced more than 6ft apart, and dining areas will have reduced seating capacity to accommodate for physical distancing. We created and built 9ft and 10ft long custom made Poker tables with extra room for distancing around the tables have been made to accommodate players.
Hand Washing/Sanitizing –All employees and guests will be reminded to frequently wash their hands for at least 20 seconds, between intervals of games and interactions with others. Wherever hand washing is not possible, hand sanitizing stations will be available.
Frequent Sanitization – We are enhancing sanitation procedures across all departments with increased frequency using hospital-grade, EPA approved disinfectants. This includes 100% sterilization of all gaming chips using onsite chip washing machines, replacing playing cards frequently, sanitizing our gaming tables and chairs regularly, and wiping down and disinfecting high touchpoint areas repeatedly throughout the day.
Advanced Sterilization Technology – From hospital-grade UV-C light machines and Thermal Imaging Cameras to Electrostatic sprayers with longer-lasting disinfection, we have invested in the best state-of-the-art technology to enhance our safety measures. In addition, air handling has been increased with enhanced filters to filter out virus particulates.
COVID-19 Employee Training – Our Team Members are undergoing extensive WE CARE training, including proper handwashing, physical distancing, and enhanced sanitation protocols to implement across all areas of our facility.
